Three-phase heaters type ZGTI / ZGT series 44
ZGTi / ZGT type heating elements are designed for heating hot water in open and closed containers made of enameled or stainless steel. They have been designed to work in conjunction with the OHMPILOT controller in a power range from 3kW to 9kW.
- The automatic shutdown of the heating unit is controlled by the thermostat, and in case of its malfunction, an involuntary temperature limiter will activate at a water temperature of 98 (0/-8)°C.” (Regulacja temperatury: +7,5±6°C do +75±3°C.
- The anti-freeze function is designed to maintain the water temperature in the tank at +7.5 ± 6 ºC.
- The green light indicates that the heating element is connected to the power supply. The red light signals the flow of current through the heating element.

- The insulation of the heating elements is achieved by mounting them in a ceramic insulator separated from the head made of brass or stainless steel, including the threaded part.
- A grounding resistor with a carefully selected resistance has been used for the partial connection of the heating elements to the tank, which integrates these elements into the cathodic anti-corrosion protection of the tank. This solution optimally protects the electric heating element in an enameled tank from accelerated electrochemical corrosion while maintaining the cathodic protection of the tank and the lifespan of the magnesium anode.
