IMEX heaters line “Sun Tecnology”, function by means of a new infrared short waves technology, the short waves produce the heat defined “radiation”. The new short wave technology, produce very pleasant heat at ignition of the product, heating immediately the persons and the objects, wherever needs to be directed, in indoor or outdoor areas.
The short waves go through the air very easily without any reheating. The short waves hit exactly where they need to be directed, concentrating all the heat without any dispersion. In order to understand better the functioning of infrared short waves, remember the benefit produced by the sun heat and the difference between an area exposed to the sun heat and the one in shade when the air temperature is the same.

Heating elements with controller EJK

EJK type of heaters are reserved for heating up water in open and closed metal reservoirs, especially in enamel tanks for usage water. In those reservoirs protected against corrosion with cathode method – magnesium anode – heating elements should be partly isolated from tank’s sides. Thanks to that, electro-chemical potential difference in filled with water tank between that tank and heating element is balanced. That plays a significant role in increasing durability of heating elements and magnesium anode lifetime.
In EJK type of heaters, isolation of heating elements has been obtained by placing them in fully made from plastic body cover (incl. threaded part). Connection between heating element and tank combines grounding resistor which puts those elements into cathode method protection system. This solution gives several advantages: protects electric heater inside enamel tank against electro-chemical corrosion; keeps cathode protection method working properly; keeps magnesium anode lifetime at good level.

Heaters for opereational boxes
Radiator heaters are mounted in casing of control cupboards to avoid destructive effect of low temperature and moisture on devices mounted inside the cupboard. They are made from aluminum “comb-shaped” radiator with large heating surface, heating element and thermal circuit breaker. Clasps and screw clamp terminal block for DIN bus are in full strength.

Duct heaters
Duct heaters are designed for air heating in duct ventilation systems. The sheath is manufactured from steel sheet and heating elements are manufactured from stainless steel. Duct heaters are applicable in both dry and wet rooms. Operational safety is assured by two-stage thermal protection. Duct heaters are available in wide range of power and dimensions.
